ChipMOS TECHNOLOGIES INC. reported record unaudited consolidated revenue for June 2026 and the second quarter ended June 30, 2026. June revenue totaled NT$2,538.4 million, or US$79.7 million, marking a 6.5 percent increase from May and a 37.2 percent rise from June 2025.
Second-quarter revenue reached NT$7,383.1 million, or US$231.8 million, up 6.5 percent from the first quarter and 28. The figures represent the company's highest monthly and quarterly revenue since 2014. All dollar amounts use the exchange rate of NT$31.85 to US$1.00 as of June 30, 2026.
The company attributed the gains to persistent AI-related demand that has kept supply structurally tight. New capacity added through footprint expansion is being allocated to existing customer forecasts and long-term supply agreements. ChipMOS TECHNOLOGIES INC.
