The contract is worth roughly $20 million. Agents Cleo Floyd, Jeff Griffin and Erik Schmella of The Familie negotiated the agreement. With the signing, all 10 of the Browns' 2026 draft selections are now under contract well before training camp begins.
Concepcion, 21, played his most recent season at Texas A&M after two years at North Carolina State. In 13 games for the Aggies in 2025, he recorded 61 catches for 919 yards and nine touchdowns while adding 75 rushing yards and one score. Over 25 games in two seasons at North Carolina State, Concepcion caught 124 passes for 1,299 yards and 16 touchdowns and rushed for two scores.
He was named Atlantic Coast Conference Rookie of the Year in 2023 after setting school freshman records with 71 receptions and 10 touchdowns. The contract signing was originally reported by Field Level Media.
