FIFA will distribute $871 million to the 48 teams competing in the 2026 FIFA World Cup. The total represents a 15 percent increase from the $727 million paid after the 2022 tournament in Qatar, when 32 teams participated. 5 million.
5 million is designated as preparation money for training camps, travel, and logistics, while $10 million covers qualifying. Winning teams also receive health insurance and a replica of the original solid-gold trophy.
