GB News reported that an investigation by airport coach operator Flibco found no evidence of criminal, racist or discriminatory behaviour by a driver during a July 3 incident at London Stansted Airport involving passenger Kassandra Gordon. m. She entered the coach before official boarding began by passing through a closed barrier while the vehicle was not yet in service.
The driver asked her to leave so that mandatory pre-boarding safety checks and ticket validation could begin. Gordon refused to exit. The driver denied her boarding, stating he was not confident she would remain calm and seated or refrain from speaking to him while driving.
She waited for the next coach, which departed about 10 minutes later. Police officers who attended recommended the later departure. Flibco reviewed CCTV footage and spoke with those involved. The company and the attending police officers concluded there was no evidence of criminal, racist or discriminatory behaviour.
The operator maintains a zero-tolerance policy on such conduct. Its chief executive contacted Gordon the same day. A Flibco spokesman said the driver was following UK safety regulations that require minimising distractions.
The company defended the driver, noting his image had circulated widely online.
