A former senior CIA employee was arrested in May after authorities recovered 303 gold bars, dozens of luxury watches, and more than $2 million in foreign currency from his government office. Officials allege the employee also created an illegitimate special access program to obtain millions of additional dollars through a fraudulent government contract.
