The resort's HYLIAA Wellness & Spa covers 2,095 square meters and contains a 511-square-meter fitness area. Guests can schedule massages, facials, sauna sessions, cold plunge pools, and cryotherapy. Four Seasons offers one-, two-, or three-day wellness journeys that include sunrise yoga, sound healing, culinary workshops, and astrology sessions.
Five pools and a 900-meter beach are also available.
Three restaurants and lounges are currently open:
MAA Social focuses on Middle Eastern dishes, OAASIS Lounge, and ALMAA Pool & Bar serves Mediterranean plates and kombucha. Three more venues are scheduled to open later in 2026.
Guests can visit a nearby marine conservation research facility called Corallium or use the Yacht Club. The resort is reachable by car from Red Sea International Airport and NEOM Bay Airport in two hours, or from Al-Wajh Airport in 50 minutes.
