Getmany Founder Describes AI Tool for Upwork Client Acquisition

Kyrylo Kozak founded Getmany, an AI-powered platform that scans Upwork job listings, evaluates project fit, generates proposals, and manages follow-up messages for agencies. The system connects with Slack, HubSpot, Notion, and Pipedrive to consolidate outreach tasks into one workflow.

Kozak previously operated agencies on Upwork for nearly a decade and reported generating more than US$5 million in agency revenue.

Getmany states that agencies using the tool can automate up to 85 percent of their Upwork bidding and lead qualification steps. Company-published case studies report higher reply rates and lower manual hours, though results vary by agency size. Kozak said the platform focuses on targeted proposals rather than high-volume generic messages and operates within Upwork's compliance rules.

Upwork data shows millions of freelancers competing for contracts in software, design, marketing, and consulting. A 2025 World Economic Forum report projected that AI and automation will affect nearly 86 percent of businesses globally by 2030. Kozak noted that the company was started in Ukraine during a period of instability, which he said shaped its emphasis on efficiency and reduced overhead.
