Atlanta Hawks forward Mouhamed Gueye had surgery Tuesday for a fractured left foot sustained in a workout on July 8. The team announced the procedure Wednesday. Gueye's status will be updated in three to four months, a timeline that could overlap the start of the 2026-27 season, ESPN reported.
Gueye averaged 4.4 points and 3.6 rebounds in 77 games, including eight starts, last season. He made 28 starts and averaged 6.0 points and 4.2 rebounds during the 2024-25 season.
