An informed source close to the Iranian negotiation team told the political reporter of Fars News Agency that no new proposal has been sent from Iran to the United States. Sky News reported that Tehran had sent a new draft peace plan to Washington and that initial reports indicated the American side found the draft acceptable.

Al Arabiya had claimed in a report that Tehran agreed to transfer enriched uranium to a third country.

Iranian sources denied that claim. Fars News, citing a source close to the negotiating team, denied reports that Iran has sent a new peace or nuclear proposal to the United States.
