Ongoing Israeli artillery and bombing operations have struck multiple towns in southern Lebanon, including Deir Siryan, Toulene, Qantara, Beit Yahoun, and Hadatha. These attacks have prevented more than 600,000 people from returning to their homes in the region.
Israeli forces have continued raids and arrests across the occupied West Bank, detaining four Palestinian workers and storming towns in occupied East Jerusalem. Security forces also fired tear gas in several towns northwest of Ramallah.

The UN has noted Hamas's dissolution of the body that governed Gaza for nearly two decades. A UN spokesperson said the organization welcomes steps that support the ceasefire agreement and relevant Security Council resolutions. The same statement said the UN continues to support efforts toward unified Palestinian governance under the Palestinian Authority.
