Israeli forces said they eliminated several armed individuals during operations in occupied areas of southern Syria.
Gaza operations Israeli aircraft carried out strikes on Saturday in Gaza City and the al-Mawasi area, which had been designated a safe zone under a prior ceasefire agreement. The strikes caused deaths and injuries without prior warning, according to reports from the area.
Ground forces also advanced in eastern Gaza City, extending the yellow demarcation line by about 500 meters into al-Musaddar village.
Regional statements Iran’s foreign minister left for talks in Baghdad to discuss bilateral relations and regional developments. Iran’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs condemned recent U.S. strikes on its southern coast, describing them as violations of a ceasefire agreement.
Bahrain’s Foreign Ministry condemned Iranian missile and drone attacks, calling them a dangerous escalation and requesting an emergency UN Security Council meeting.
