King Charles Meets Harry, Meghan and Children at Private Family Gathering

King Charles and Queen Camilla hosted the Duke and Duchess of Sussex along with Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet at Highgrove House on Friday afternoon. The private gathering took place at the king’s country residence in Gloucestershire, England. The meeting marks the first time King Charles has seen the entire family together in four years.

The last full gathering occurred during the late Queen Elizabeth’s Platinum Jubilee celebrations. Harry arrived in the United Kingdom on Monday evening. He returned to mark the one-year countdown to the Invictus Games and to carry out several charity engagements.

Harry has made several quick trips to the United Kingdom since 2022. He attended his grandmother’s funeral that year and his father’s coronation in 2023. The last known meeting between Harry and his father took place in September at Clarence House in London. The pair had tea during that visit.

British media reported that Meghan and the children were vacationing in Portugal before traveling to the United Kingdom this week. The royal family will not release images or further details of the meeting.
