The player listed the items as peach Snapple, purple Doritos, and an everything bagel with egg and cheese, hashbrowns, spicy mayo, and toasted.
The clip was posted after the team defeated the San Antonio Spurs in the NBA Finals on June 13, 2026.
Bagels added the sandwich under the name “The Brunson.” The shop reported selling 65 of the sandwiches on one day and said the item continued to sell strongly. Other bagel shops also began offering the order on blue and orange Knicks-themed bagels. Comments on social media showed additional stores planning to add the sandwich.
During a Monday appearance on the “Today” show, the player was given a version of the sandwich by host Al Roker. Teammates received bottles of tequila during the same segment. The video of the order has accumulated more than five million views on Instagram.
