JERUSALEM (Substrate) -- A Lebanese man is sifting through the rubble of his home in Tyre, southern Lebanon, following an Israeli military strike that killed eight of his family members. The strike targeted the area on an unspecified recent date, according to reports. Saleh, 45, lost his wife, daughter, sister-in-law, her husband, their two children, and two of his wife's aunts in the attack.

The Israeli Defense Forces stated the strike aimed at a Hezbollah target in the vicinity, though details on the exact location and timing remain limited. Saleh told Reuters he is searching for personal items and mementos to preserve memories of his deceased relatives. The home was left in ruins, with Saleh navigating debris to recover what he can.
