Lidl Distributes £5 Million in Vouchers Through Easter Promotion Ending April 4

Lidl distributed £5 million worth of vouchers to customers as part of its Easter promotion that concluded on April 4, according to @Independent reported. The supermarket chain provided 100,000 vouchers, each valued at £50, allowing shoppers to deduct that amount from their food purchases.

The initiative began on Thursday, March 26, and extended until April 4, enabling participants to claim £50 off their shops during that period.

To obtain a voucher, customers opened the Lidl Plus App and tapped on a virtual Easter egg to reveal any prize won. In addition to the £50 vouchers, the promotion included £5 discount coupons or vouchers redeemable for complimentary items, many featuring Easter treats.

No purchase was necessary to join the Easter promotion, with shoppers able to check the Lidl app for prizes before making any buys.

Each voucher issued carried an expiry date, requiring winners to use them before expiration. The promotion formed a key element of Lidl's Easter activities, aimed at assisting with seasonal shopping costs.
