Liza Burnett Fefferman Appointed Chief Communications and Marketing Officer at Anonymous Content
Liza Burnett Fefferman, formerly executive vice president of communications at Paramount's Showtime/MTV Entertainment Studios, has joined Anonymous Content in a newly created role. She will lead communications and marketing across the company's verticals and report to President and CEO Darren Walker. The appointment coincides with upcoming TV premieres and film productions at the company.

She previously served as executive vice president of communications for Paramount's Showtime/MTV Entertainment Studios until departing amid the Skydance merger led by David Ellison. Fefferman reports directly to Anonymous Content President and CEO Darren Walker.

In her new role, Fefferman will oversee a centralized communications and marketing organization spanning Anonymous Content's three verticals: film and TV production, management, and commercials. The company, founded in 1999 by the late Steve Golin, represents more than 200 directors, writers, actors, and comedians.
Since 2016, Emerson Collective, led by Laurene Powell Jobs, has held a majority stake in the firm.
Anonymous Content is preparing six TV premieres over the next 18 months. These include Savant starring Jessica Chastain, East of Eden starring Florence Pugh, Neuromancer starring Callum Turner, 12 12 12 starring Anthony Mackie and Jamie Dornan, American Classic starring Kevin Kline, and an adaptation of Little House on the Prairie.
On the film side, the company is producing The Statement, directed by Tom McCarthy and based on the book Losing Earth, with a cast including Paul Rudd, Evan Peters, Amy Ryan, Paul Giamatti, John Turturro, Tatiana Maslany, and Jason Clarke.
At Paramount, Fefferman managed a large team handling corporate strategy, crisis management, media relations, awards campaigns, social impact, and internal communications. She oversaw launches of hundreds of projects, including franchises such as Taylor Sheridan's Yellowstone universe, South Park, and The Daily Show with Jon Stewart.
