Major technology stocks traded mostly lower in premarket activity Tuesday. 5 percent and Microsoft shares rose 1 percent. 6 percent, Nvidia shares fell 0.

Amer Sports shares gained 4 percent after the company raised its full-year guidance and first-quarter results beat estimates, supported by demand for Salomon shoes. Relay Therapeutics shares increased 14 percent after the drug developer released initial clinical data from a mid-stage trial for treating vascular anomalies.

TD Cowen described the data as a best-case scenario. The Securities and Exchange Commission is said to be preparing plans for trading crypto versions of stocks. Revenues from fixed-income products sold to retail clients were especially weak, weighed down by elevated interest rates.

Stubhub shares gained 4 percent after Guggenheim Securities upgraded the stock to buy from neutral, citing upside to 2026 numbers.
