Native Instruments has released Komplete 26, the latest edition of its music production software bundle. The package contains 62 new additions, including a revived Absynth 6 synthesizer. The bundle is offered in six versions. Standard edition is priced at $549, Ultimate at $1,249, and Collector's Edition at $1,949.

Users upgrading from Komplete 15 receive discounted rates. An upgrade to the Collector's Edition costs $399. The company shifted from sequential numbering to year-based naming for the 2026 release.

The Standard edition includes Absynth 6 and Massive X for synthesis along with Kontakt 8 for sampled instruments. Kontakt 8 covers orchestral sounds, drums, choirs and additional libraries. The edition also contains Guitar Rig 7 Pro for guitar effects and amp modeling.

Mixing and mastering tools from iZotope are included. These comprise Ozone 12, Neutron 5 and Nectar 4. The edition provides sequencing tools and chord progression generators for creative support.

Ultimate or Collector's Edition adds Claire and Claire: Avant, two sampled Steinway D grand piano instruments. The pianos offer both conventional acoustic sounds and experimental textures. Additional libraries such as LCO Producer Strings and Moments: Vocal Clouds target film scoring work.

The Collector's Edition requires 1.6 terabytes of storage space because of the volume of sampled content and expansion packs. The Standard edition meets the needs of most producers according to the company.

Komplete is a complete music production bundle even if you don’t spend $2,000.
