Nine of the ten members of Congress who spent the most on official mail and communications during the final quarter of 2025 and the first quarter of 2026 face competitive primary or general elections or are running for higher office, according to House disclosures reported by Semafor.

Rep. , recorded the highest total, spending more than $955,000 on official mailed and mass communications over the six-month period.

Thanedar placed billboards calling for President Donald Trump’s impeachment. Rep. , ranked second among the top spenders on mailed communications with roughly $537,000. Kim faced another Republican lawmaker in a redrawn district.
