Olivia Rodrigo's album You Seem Pretty Sad for a Girl So in Love held the No. 1 position on the Billboard 200 for a second consecutive week as of July 3, 2026, Forbes reported. The project debuted at No.

1 the prior week and remained there, outlasting the single-week run of her previous album Guts, which reached the top spot in September 2023. The album opened with 485,000 equivalent album units in its first week, including 273,000 pure copies sold on CD, vinyl, and digital download.

Those figures exceeded Guts, which started with 302,000 equivalent units and 150,000 pure copies, as well as Sour, which opened with 295,000 equivalent units in June 2021.

You Seem Pretty Sad for a Girl So in Love also reached No. 1 on the Top Album Sales, Top Streaming Albums, Vinyl Albums, Top Rock & Alternative Albums, and Top Alternative Albums charts. Sour spent five weeks at No.

1 on the Billboard 200 after its June 2021 debut. Rodrigo released the album less than one month before July 3, 2026.
