Voth joined the Blue Jays to provide relief innings during a period of pitching staff injuries. The team designated him for assignment twice after outings in which he allowed six earned runs over six innings. After the second designation, Voth left for the Minnesota Twins rather than accepting an assignment to Triple-A Buffalo.
