Riley and Baldwin hit two homers each in Braves' 8-5 win over Rangers

Austin Riley and Drake Baldwin each hit two home runs to lead the Atlanta Braves to an 8-5 win over the Texas Rangers on Sunday in the rubber game of their three-game series. Riley went 3-for-4 with four RBIs and two runs scored. Baldwin finished 5-for-5 with two RBIs and a stolen base.

run details Riley's first homer traveled 416 feet into the second deck in left field in the second inning. His second cleared the center-field wall at 413 feet in the fourth. Baldwin hit solo homers in the third and eighth innings.

progression Atlanta scored once in each of the first four innings to lead 4-0. The Rangers scored three times in the fifth on Wyatt Langford's RBI double, Josh Jung's sacrifice fly and Jake Burger's two-out RBI single. The Braves added three runs in the seventh.

Texas scored once in the eighth and Langford hit a solo homer in the ninth. Grant Holmes allowed three runs over five innings for the win. Nathan Eovaldi gave up four runs in four innings for Texas.
