Spillman, found naked and masturbating in a public area of the hotel hallway, was off-duty at the time. Hotel guests entered their room out of fear for their lives after being followed by Spillman. A woman told police that Spillman had followed her from the hotel lobby to the sixth floor.
The guests then saw Spillman masturbating next to their hotel room and called hotel security, who found him with his pants lowered and masturbating on the sixth floor. , had been part of an external screening security detail for the 2026 PGA Cadillac Championship at Trump National Doral, which President Donald Trump attended.
