Kind Seoul jazz club in Seoul installed South Korea's first permanent Auracast audio broadcast system this week. The system allows listeners to connect directly to multiple audio streams through hearing aids, earbuds, or venue receivers. The installation was demonstrated during a performance by Big Ocean, whose three members all have hearing loss.

Audience members received Korean-English translation and live performance audio through the system.

Ocean members Kim Ji-seok, PJ, and Lee Chan-yeon performed using singing, dancing, and Korean Sign Language. The group was formed by Parastar Entertainment under CEO Haley Cha. Andreas Anderhov, President of GN Group APAC and Global Sales, spoke at the event about how misconceptions about hearing loss affect both perception and venue design.

Group organized the Seoul Session during the 37th World Congress of Audiology. The event brought together hearing professionals, technology partners, and people with hearing loss. The club will continue using the Auracast system for regular programming rather than one-time demonstrations. Attendees could experience the same performance through different audio streams tailored to individual needs.
