Sinner defeats Djokovic 6-4 6-4 6-4 to reach Wimbledon final

Jannik Sinner defeated Novak Djokovic 6-4, 6-4, 6-4 in a Wimbledon semi-final on Centre Court. Sinner won 45 of 51 first-serve points and struck 16 aces. He also hit 40 winners against 15 unforced errors.

Sinner converted three of 13 break points. Djokovic said after the match that Sinner's first serve was difficult to attack and that Sinner was at a higher level.

Djokovic comments Djokovic stated he was not upset with his performance and that he had not done much wrong. He said he was half a step late on shots and could not catch Sinner. Djokovic also said he still believes he can win grand slams in the future and that he left the tournament without feeling injured. Sinner will face Alexander Zverev in Sunday's final.
