The Copthorne Tara Kensington Hotel has ten accessible rooms on the mezzanine level with lift access. Five rooms feature wet rooms with step-free showers while the others have low-level baths with grab rails. Automatic bathroom doors and raised lift buttons support independent use.

The hotel offers step-free access from the entrance to reception, restaurants and bars. Staff receive training in evacuation chair use and can provide vibrating alarms for guests with hearing loss.

The Park Plaza London Westminster Bridge Hotel maintains 53 accessible rooms across the building. Rooms include level access showers, grab bars and emergency call systems with options that accommodate up to three adults. Step-free routes reach the spa, pool, bars and restaurants.

The hotel provides hearing loop coverage and vibrating alarm pads. The concierge can arrange wheelchair-accessible taxi transfers.

The Londoner Hotel offers 18 accessible rooms including two with ceiling track hoists. Wet rooms are step-free and the property includes a Changing Places facility with a full ceiling hoist. Every part of the guest journey from entrance to rooftop is step-free.
