The San Antonio Spurs defeated the New York Knicks 115-111 in Game 3 of the 2026 NBA Finals on Monday night at Madison Square Garden. The result ended the Knicks’ 13-game playoff win streak. New York fans had waited since 1999 for an NBA Finals game at the arena.

Brunson led the Knicks with 32 points on 11-of-25 shooting. Karl-Anthony Towns scored 11 points on 4-of-10 shooting, his lowest total of the series. OG Anunoby added 28 points on 9-of-13 shooting, and Josh Hart finished with 16 points.

After the game, TNT analyst Charles Barkley said the Knicks had reverted to an offense too centered on Brunson.
