Steph Curry, the 2023 American Century Championship winner, returned to Lake Tahoe for the annual celebrity golf tournament. On Wednesday, the Golden State Warriors point guard was asked about LeBron James' free agency. James informed the Los Angeles Lakers of his decision to play elsewhere in his 24th NBA season.
Curry said he is interested in playing golf with James. He added that the Warriors would like to play alongside James but acknowledged the decision is difficult.
Initial reports indicated the Warriors were seeking a package deal involving James and Anthony Davis. The Washington Wizards remain committed to Davis.
