The Forward Deployed AI Accelerator will work with 20 marketers. The role tracks two metrics of success: the workflows that have been permanently transformed and the number of colleagues who start a task with an AI tool. The position pays between $132,000 and $198,000.
The job posting states that marketers are already achieving remarkable results. It adds that the company seeks people who have already lived the transformation they will be driving for others. The forward deployed model involves employees embedding within companies or teams to integrate new technology.
Palantir popularized the approach. Northslope Technologies founder Bill Ward, who worked at Palantir, now applies the model to AI at his company. Ward wrote to Business Insider that AI has made it possible to build mission-specific software at a price point and speed that didn't exist five years ago.
CEO Patrick Collison is leading Stripe through the AI era. Stripe did not respond to a request for comment from Business Insider.
