A U.K. High Court is scheduled to issue its ruling this week in Prince Harry's lawsuit against Associated Newspapers Limited, the publisher of the Daily Mail and The Mail on Sunday. The lawsuit alleges that the publisher obtained private information about Prince Harry through unlawful methods including voicemail interception and obtaining flight records.

Court documents state that journalists or private investigators used illegal techniques to gather details later published in the newspapers. Associated Newspapers Limited has denied the allegations throughout the proceedings and maintains there is no evidence the stories relied on unlawful information gathering. Prince Harry arrived in the U.K.
On Monday and attended a film premiere in London that evening. The judgment is expected while he remains in the country. The lawsuit was filed in 2022 and centers on articles published in the 2000s and early 2010s concerning Prince Harry's relationships.
The trial lasted approximately ten weeks earlier this year. Prince Harry is one of seven claimants in the legal action. This case is the last remaining media-related lawsuit brought by Prince Harry and his wife that has not been resolved.
