UCLA Players Rise in 2026 WNBA Draft Projections After NCAA Championship Win

UCLA won the 2025-26 NCAA women's basketball championship with a 79-51 victory over South Carolina in the title game. The win marked the program's first national title. Lauren Betts, Kiki Rice and Gabriela Jaquez led the Bruins' effort, with all three projected as first-round picks in the 2026 WNBA Draft.

2 overall pick entering the tournament. UConn's 54-game winning streak ended with a semifinal loss to South Carolina. Fudd shot 3-of-15 from the field and 2-of-9 from three-point range in that game, though she performed better in a second-round win over Syracuse.
