Ukrainian Strikes Hit Moscow Region and Black Sea Vessels

Ukrainian forces struck targets in the Moscow region using long-range capabilities that Zelensky described as sanctions. The attacks hit logistics facilities and an oil depot more than 400 km from the border as part of the same operation that also struck two shadow fleet tankers and four cargo ships in the Black Sea.
