Vrabel: Patriots Not Currently Exploring Diggs Reunion but ‘Would Never Say No’

nypost.comPatriots head coach Mike Vrabel told reporters on Wednesday that the team is not currently exploring a reunion with wide receiver Stefon Diggs. “I wouldn’t say anything is off the table,” Vrabel said. “We would want to add anybody that could help us.
Vrabel added that he appreciates Diggs as a person and as a player. “And I appreciate Stefon as a person and as a player, and what he did for us last year. I value that, helped us win football games, helped us get to where we got, but right now I don’t think that’s something that I think we’re exploring, but I would never say no,” he said.
The Patriots released Diggs in March ahead of minicamp. Diggs led the team with 85 receptions and 1,013 receiving yards during the 2025 season, becoming the franchise’s first 1,000-yard receiver since Julian Edelman in 2019. J.
Brown, who is now the clear No. 1 option in the receiver room. The team also added Romeo Doubs in free agency. Diggs has been involved in a legal battle with Christopher Blake Griffith, who accused him of drugging and sexually assaulting him in 2023.
