Wales names Dewi Lake captain for South Africa test
Hooker Dewi Lake returns from injury to lead Wales against South Africa in the Nations Championship match in Durban on Saturday. The team made six changes from the side that lost to Argentina last weekend.

Hooker Dewi Lake will captain Wales against South Africa in the Nations Championship match at Hollywoodbets Kings Park in Durban on Saturday. Lake recovered from an injury that forced him off during last weekend's defeat by Argentina. He completed two training sessions and was cleared to start.
Louis Rees-Zammit starts on the wing, Ben Thomas and Max Llewellyn form a new centre partnership, Dan Edwards starts at fly-half, Teddy Williams starts at lock and Alex Mann starts at flanker. Joe Hawkins and James Botham move to the bench. Ben Carter is injured and Taine Plumtree is carrying a knock, leading to Freddie Thomas being added to the replacements.
Elliot Dee had been flown out as cover for Lake. Eddie James and Kieran Hardy are omitted from the squad, while Reuben Morgan-Williams enters the replacements.

Wales have won three and lost eight of their 11 internationals under Tandy, including a 73-0 defeat to South Africa in Cardiff last November. Lake, 27, is the only player to start every Test under the coach. The match kicks off at 16:40 BST and will be broadcast on S4C with commentary on BBC Radio Wales and BBC Sounds.
