Williams will return to professional tennis next week at the Queen's Club in London, entering the doubles draw as a wild card alongside a 19-year-old partner ranked No. 9. The pair practiced on the grass courts Thursday. The partner posted on Instagram that the pairing is an "honor" and expressed excitement about competing together.

Background on the return Williams last played in 2022 and has earned more than $94 million in career prize money.
