WWE Unveils King and Queen of the Ring Brackets for Night of Champions
WWE began its King and Queen of the Ring tournaments in June 2026. Winners will be crowned at Night of Champions on June 27 and receive world title shots at SummerSlam.
CBS SportsWWE began its King and Queen of the Ring tournaments in June 2026 with the winners set to be crowned at Night of Champions on June 27. The victors will earn world title shots at SummerSlam on the Aug. 1 weekend.
CBS Sports reported that the quarterfinals of both tournaments feature fatal four-way matches. Advancing superstars must win singles matches in the second and final rounds. The opening rounds feature two superstars from Raw and two from SmackDown in each fatal four-way match.
Oba Femi defeated Penta, Solo Sikoa, and Carmelo Hayes via pinfall on Raw on June 1, 2026. Iyo Sky defeated Roxanne Perez, Giulia, and Lash Legend via pinfall on the same show. Dominik Mysterio defeated Bron Breakker, Trick Williams, and Damian Priest on SmackDown on June 5, 2026.
Raquel Rodriguez defeated Bayley, Jacy Jane, and Kiana James via pinfall on that episode. The semifinal match in the men's tournament is scheduled as Oba Femi versus Dominik Mysterio. The semifinal match in the women's tournament is scheduled as Iyo Sky versus Raquel Rodriguez.
The remaining men's quarterfinal matches are Seth Rollins versus Je'Von Evans versus Talla Tonga versus Ricky Saints and Jey Uso versus LA Knight versus Royce Keys versus Finn Balor. The remaining women's quarterfinal matches are Liv Morgan versus Becky Lynch versus Alexa Bliss versus Chelsea Green and Sol Ruca versus Lyra Valkyria versus Charlotte Flair versus Jade Cargill.
CBS Sports reported that the story behind the King and Queen of the Ring stretches from June until the first weekend of August, crossing Raw, SmackDown and Night of Champions before culminating with two world titles at SummerSlam.
