Yankees activate Wells from injured list after two-week absence

The Yankees activated catcher Austin Wells from the 10-day injured list after he missed two weeks with cervical headaches. Wells appeared in three rehab games at Triple-A Scranton/Wilkes-Barre. He went hitless in two of those contests but hit a pair of home runs.
