Rhode Island Fugitive Working as Biotech Executive Arrested on Sailboat
Ronald Fischer, 70, was tracked to a sailboat off New Jersey last week and arrested under the alias Richard Graydon. He had been hired in March as chief medical officer at Immix Biopharma. Fischer had been a fugitive since 2005 after a sexual assault conviction.
