Drone strikes on Sunday targeted energy and transport infrastructure across Crimea, killing four civilians and wounding 28 others, according to local authorities. The attacks struck sites near Kerch, a key port and energy logistics hub on the eastern peninsula.

Officials stated that facilities on both sides of the Kerch Strait were hit, including maritime oil-transport infrastructure in Russia's Krasnodar region and an oil depot in Kerch. Additional strikes targeted military logistics sites, four S-400 radar stations, and two Pantsir air-defense systems.
A separate attack on an oil-refinery logistics facility in Krasnodar killed one person aboard a passenger ferry, local authorities said. Ukrainian forces also conducted a long-range strike the previous day on an oil refinery in Russia's Tyumen region, more than 1,200 miles from the front lines.
The regional governor announced that further decisions on the fuel market will be issued at a later date. Hundreds of drones were reported over Crimea on Sunday, testing Russian air defenses against small, low-flying unmanned aircraft.
