He reported that the treatment has taken a major physical toll. Coulier has not been able to eat solid food for months and has lost 45 pounds during the process. The radiation has also affected his ability to speak. Despite the challenges, Coulier said recent scans and his overall prognosis are looking positive for both the throat carcinoma and the lymphoma.
While recovering away from public view, Coulier has been making artwork and doing creative writing. The update drew supportive comments from friends and former colleagues.
Earlier this year, Coulier appeared on Good Morning America and said he was in remission with both cancers. He described the experience as a roller coaster ride. Coulier used the February 2026 interview to encourage others to pursue health screenings.
