BBC NewsDua Lipa and Callum Turner completed a legal marriage ceremony on Sunday at the Old Marylebone Town Hall in London. The event lasted 30 to 40 minutes. Lipa wore a Schiaparelli skirt suit, white gloves and a wide-brimmed white hat while carrying a yellow bouquet.
Turner wore a fitted navy blue suit. Close family members gathered outside the registry office and threw confetti as the couple left in a black cab, Daily Mail reported. The couple posted images from the London ceremony on Instagram.
Lipa and Turner began dating in 2024. Their London ceremony precedes a larger three-day reception scheduled for later this week. The reception will take place at the 17th-century Villa Valguarnera near Palermo, Sicily.
The reception is expected to last from Thursday to Saturday, Daily Mail reported. The entire floor of suites at the nearby Villa Igiea hotel has been booked for guests. The venue boasts stunning views overlooking the Tyrrhenian Sea.
The expected guest list includes Sir Elton John, Mark Ronson, Charli XCX, Donatella Versace and Simon Porte Jacquemus. Donatella Versace has designed Lipa’s wedding dress for the reception, Daily Mail reported. Lipa and Turner attended the 2025 Met Gala on May 05, 2025 in New York City.
