Corinne Arnold, mother of former U.S. Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem, rejected allegations of an affair between her daughter and longtime Trump ally Corey Lewandowski in an interview published Friday by the Daily Mail. " She added that such conduct did not align with how she raised her children.
Arnold also stated that Kristi Noem told her during a family birthday gathering in South Dakota in late spring that she planned to divorce Bryon Noem. The conversation followed reports about Bryon Noem's alleged online activity. Arnold said she and other relatives had already anticipated the split.
"And she said: 'No. No. We're going to get a divorce,'" Arnold told the Daily Mail. " Kristi Noem and Bryon Noem have been married since 1992 and have three adult children. Arnold, who is 77, said she last saw the couple together at the event.
