Manchester City striker Khadija Shaw has been named WSL Player of the Season at a ceremony in London. The 29-year-old also received the Golden Boot for the third consecutive season after scoring 21 goals in 22 appearances. Manchester City won its first WSL title in a decade.
Shaw previously won the Football Writers' Association Women's Footballer of the Year award earlier in May and was named Manchester City's Player of the Season on Sunday.
Chelsea goalkeeper Hannah Hampton received the Golden Glove award after keeping eight clean sheets in 19 appearances. Aston Villa forward Kirsty Hanson won the WSL Goal of the Season for her strike against West Ham in October. Chelsea's Veerle Buurman received the Rising Star award.
Stoney, Kerys Harrop and Matt Beard were inducted into the WSL Hall of Fame. Birmingham City's Lily Crosthwaite was named WSL 2 Player of the Season. Bristol City's Lexi Lloyd-Smith won the WSL 2 Golden Boot after scoring 11 goals in 21 games.
