Paris Saint-Germain will face Arsenal in the UEFA Champions League final on Saturday at Puskas Arena in Budapest. The match kicks off at 17:00 BST. Arsenal won the Premier League title for the first time in 22 years.

The club last reached a Champions League final 20 years ago. Paris Saint-Germain beat Inter Milan in last year’s final. Budapest police reported a fight involving about 30 supporters of each club on Kiraly Street in the city’s 7th district.
The incident occurred on May 30, 2026, at around 00:20. Footage showed supporters brawling and lighting flares. Police are studying CCTV recordings to identify those involved. The BRFK 7th District Police Department has opened proceedings against unknown perpetrators for gang violence.
Two Portuguese men and one British man were arrested on Friday after a separate fight at the Champions League fan festival site. They were charged with disorderly conduct. A British man was also arrested for climbing onto the roof of a parked car and damaging the vehicle.
Nearly 4,000 police officers will be deployed across Budapest for the final. Tens of thousands of fans are expected to travel to the city without tickets. Hungary’s deputy national police chief Zoltan Janos Kuczik said the operation will be the largest single-day police deployment in the country’s history.
Security preparations for the event began more than a year ago. The match was described as a high-risk event. Arsenal has kept nine clean sheets in this season’s Champions League. Mikel Arteta said: “The ambition is bigger.
