“I don’t appreciate being told we’re not doing enough when I f*cking voted on two war resolutions this week. And I’m going to tell you that people like me are standing up and saying what he’s doing in Cuba is wrong,” Dingell said in the footage. ” The question that preceded her remarks is not audible in the available video, and the recording cuts off.

RNC Research posted the clip on June 6, 2026. 61 in a 216 to 210 vote. S. forces from conflicts with designated terrorist groups in the Western Hemisphere and was aimed at Trump administration strikes around the Caribbean.

Dingell went viral in May 2025 over video that appeared to show her asleep during a House Energy and Commerce Committee hearing. She said she had been awake for 31 straight hours fighting Republican efforts on Medicaid. Dingell has served in the House since 2015 and has represented the 6th District since 2023.
