Bar told officers that LaBeouf refused to leave and became aggressive when the manager attempted to remove him. Several patrons physically restrained the actor until police arrived, the police report stated. Footage reviewed by investigators showed LaBeouf using slurs and head-butting one person during the confrontation.
One patron reported a potentially dislocated nose, according to the same report.
LaBeouf appeared in court on February 26 and was released on a $100,000 bond. He later told interviewer Andrew Callaghan he was “wrong for touching anyone. ” A representative for the actor did not respond to a request for comment.
