President Trump confirmed he will attend Game 3 of the NBA Finals at Madison Square Garden on Monday. He said viewers who cannot afford tickets priced up to $8,000 can watch the game on television.
The IndependentSpeaking to reporters aboard Air Force One on Friday while traveling to Wisconsin for an event with farmers, the president was asked about ticket prices that have reached $8,000 for the first Finals game in New York between the Knicks and the Spurs. "They can watch it on television," Trump replied.
"It's sorta semi-free to watch it on television," he added. " The Knicks and the Spurs are scheduled to play Game 3 at Madison Square Garden on Monday.
