Federal prosecutors in Brooklyn charged two men Wednesday with violating the TAKE IT DOWN Act by posting thousands of AI-generated pornographic images and videos of women without their consent. Cornelius Shannon, 51, of New Jersey, and Arturo Hernandez, 20, of Texas, each face up to two years in prison if convicted.
