Two people died and several others were injured, Vyacheslav Fedorishchev, the governor of Russia's Samara region, announced. Russian authorities have not released further details on the extent of damage. Ukraine has conducted similar strikes on Russian oil infrastructure in recent weeks. Officials said another refinery in Kstovo was hit on Wednesday.
